Jennifer is a life-long resident of Southern California.  A 1978 UCLA graduate, Jennifer worked as a professional harpist in classical, pop and jazz before embarking on a legal career.  After earning a juris doctor degree at Pepperdine University School of Law in 1988, she joined the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office pursuing justice for more than 33 years as a trial attorney, manager and innovator. Jennifer testified in Sacramento and Washington D.C as a subject matter expert, provided training statewide to law enforcement agencies, and participated in multi-agency committees throughout the state on public safety and integrity matters. As an adjunct professor at Pepperdine, Jennifer taught Trial Advocacy and Sentencing and Corrections courses, mentoring aspiring lawyers interested in public service.

Jennifer is licensed to practice in state and federal courts in California.

Jennifer enjoys music of all genres, perusing art galleries, exploring Central Oregon, volunteering for local philanthropies and spending time with her family, friends and pets.
